Auction Policies

"If" Bid/Offer Update Manheim Georgia is updating the Offer/"If" bid process by giving sellers and team members more time to help resolve these bids for our buyers. Effective Dec 13, 2022, the Offers/“If" bids will be binding until the end of business, which is 5pm day of sale. While we are working on the offers as quickly as possible, we want to allow additional time to ensure we are able to help you complete your vehicle transaction.

Title Absent Policy Sellers have 30 calendar days to surrender titles sold through Manheim Georgia.

Per NAAA policy (page 8, #3) the auction reserves the right to assess an arbitration fee to the Buyer for any invalid claim. As of Mar 1, 2019, Manheim Georgia will start assessing a $200 fee.
