Auction Policy

TRA Vehicle Pick-up: $25 Loading Fee per Unit

Arbitration Policy

Per NAAA Arbitration Policy (page 8, #3) the auction reserves the right to assess an arbitration fee to the Buyer for any invalid claim.  Manheim North Carolina will assess a $200 fee invalid or frivolous arbitration claims.

Transportation costs for Simulcast Mobile Sales will be charged to the buyer depending on the location unless other arrangements have been made with our transportation department.

All Mobile Sale units purchased online are transported back to Manheim North Carolina at the buyer’s expense unless other pickup arrangements are made with dealer services.
